I decided to retire and move to the beach this past summer( from Louisiana).I moved here without even having lodging. Teresa quickly found me an affordable rental (which came at no profit to her ) while we searched condo's for my purchase. She was great at being so honest with me. She explained the negatives as well as the positives of each place we visited. I'm not sure how many she took me to(many,many) ,but she was always ready to drop what she was doing and set up a showing.. Once I found the one I wanted, she basically became my legal advisor, helping me understand the many details to making a purchase. The proof that I appreciated her as my agent came several months ago when I asked her to find my daughter an husband a place of there own here..She found them one much quicker than I settled on one:) She earned her money with me! Of course I strongly recommend her.

We called her with very short notice from Tennessee. Let her know our time frame and that we need to find a house that weekend. We called on a Wednesday. That Friday evening we met her at the first home. She had over 20 homes for us to choose from. She took what we liked and disliked about each home to shorten the list as we looked at each house. She found us the perfect home that weekend. She was very helpful with the buying process, she took care of every question that's was asked by the mortgage company and I. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again if need be.

Teresa is amazing! She didn't try to just sell us something. She found us a home! She had great advise on what to look for and how to make an educated decision. No matter how many houses I wanted to look in, and it was a lot, she was patient. She really pays attention to her clients and what they want and more importantly, NEED.
